The Importance Of Being Confident With Your Looks


As women, everywhere we look, we will see the media telling we in subliminal message or another what we should look like, what our bodies should look like and how we should act. The media portrays the idea of a “perfect body” and a “perfect look” by having size zero models displayed in all advertising, movies, music videos and television shows which causes most women to believe that they are somehow “less than perfect”.
